The Iraser 4 Sigma by Vortex HiFi picks up the theme of "demagnetisation" of cables, CDs, plugs etc. again. This forgotten and very effective "fresh cell cure" for our HiFi components has prompted Norbert Maurer of Vortex HiFi to rethink the subject of demagnetisation and to develop it further with the know-how of Vortex HiFi. Norbert Maurer found the solution in the use of strong magnets attached to a wooden stick. In addition, Vortex-specific information is applied to the magnets. This easy-to-use Iraser rod makes it possible to easily remove interference from plugs, cables, sockets, sockets, glass surfaces, etc. by slowly moving the end of the rod over the surface to be interfered with. Important application notes for using the Vortex HiFi Iraser 4!

• Never hold the iraser near a tweeter dome or another loudspeaker chassis. The extremely strong magnetic attraction would destroy these components!
• Keep the Vortex HiFi Iraser away from mass storage devices or devices with integrated memory chips (mobile phone, USB stick, etc.). The strong magnetic field can lead to deletion of the data stored on them!
• Keep the Vortex HiFi Iraser away from displays.

Anwendungsbeispiele:

• CDs: To erase, walk slowly once over the entire surface of the CD.
• LPs: To erase, walk slowly once over the entire surface of the LP.
• Terminating plugs (e.g. 75 Ohm): Swipe along the plug.
• Dust caps, plastic or metal: Sweep along the dust cap.
• Analogue cables: Slowly stroke along the cable. Treat the plugs as well.
• Digital cables: Stroke slowly along the cable (also optical cables). Treat the plugs as well.
• Power cable: Stroke slowly along the cable. Treat the plugs as well.
• Loudspeaker cables: Slowly stroke along the cable. Treat the plugs as well.
• Mains plug connectors: Stroke along all sides of the housing. Stroke slowly along the cable. Also treat the plugs.
• Rack shelves: Especially for metal, plastic and glass. Paint over the surfaces. With glass surfaces, it is sufficient to treat approx. 1/3 of the surface, as glass conducts information strongly and the entire surface accepts the information. If a mobile phone or DECT telephone is always in a certain spot, however, you should treat this spot directly.
• Glass surfaces such as windows: Go slowly over the surfaces with the iraser. With glass surfaces, it is sufficient to treat about 1/3 of the surface, as glass conducts information strongly and the entire surface accepts the information.
• Power supply units and plug filters: Walk slowly with the iraser along the body of the power supply units or filters. Please also treat the cable of the power supply.
