Visaton TIW 200 XS bass driver 8 OHM

20 cm (8") high-end woofer especially for small subwoofers. The extra wide rubber surround, the long voice coil and the especially large magnet system allow extreme strokes. The multiple ventilation of the voice coil (pole core drilling, holes in the pole plate, openings in the aluminium die-cast basket for rear ventilation of the centring) minimises losses and flow noise. The capton voice coil former and the long voice coil allow very high loads. The diaphragm is a sandwich construction of glass fibre layers and polyester fabric and therefore particularly low resonance.
These design details result in a high level stability and excellent low bass reproduction even in small cabinets.
