The Primare I35 Prisma integrated amplifier is the latest offspring of the now iconic 30 series of Primare integrated amplifiers. It is the first with the new UFPD 2 Power System, a radical revision of the award-winning fully analog Class-D technology UFPD.

The I35 Prisma delivers 150 watts at 8 ohms of absolutely linear gain across the entire audible bandwidth, delivering a naturally fast, clean and vibrant sound with the unprecedented ability to deliver any music with extreme vibrancy. In addition to fully balanced analog input options, the I35 Prisma offers a full DAC stage with PCM 768 kHz and DSD 128 conversion as well as Prisma connectivity and control technology.

Prisma-Technology
The I35 Prisma integrated amplifier features Primare's new high-fidelity control and connectivity solution for all rooms in the house. The name says it all: a prism generates the complete colour spectrum from a single light spot - Prisma technology offers a complete spectrum of system management functions from a single control point. Prisma enables playback of all stored and streamed media over a network. The technology includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® with connectivity and multi-room/multizone control. All functions are managed via the Prisma App. Access to the Prisma system management is thus possible from any mobile device.

Philosophy
PRIMARE's philosophy consists of 3 pillars: timeless perfection in sound, design and workmanship. Primare started 2010 with its completely self-developed innovative UFPD amplifier technology and was awarded with the European EISA-Award. The new amplifiers received a further development called UFPD2, the CD players were also upgraded with improved audio technology. The UFPD2 technology puts the sonic experience first, and also features an extremely high degree of efficiency (over 90%, 30-40% is common), which enables very high performance in comparatively compact enclosures. This means that the amplifier hardly heats up, even after prolonged operation - this guarantees a very compact design and high long-term stability.

The PRIMARE I35 Prisma is designed for use with both analog and digital content. It is fully balanced and offers 2 pairs of balanced analog XLR and 3 pairs of unbalanced cinch inputs. On the digital side, it spoils the user with 4 optical, 2 coaxial, one USB port for Macs and PCs and one for storage media such as sticks and hard disks. The integrated newly developed DAC processes digital audio data in LPCM format with up to 24 bits and 768 kHz and the DSD format up to DSD256. With the new Primare Prisma App, it can be conveniently controlled from a smartphone or tablet, it offers many digital music streaming services and the new innovative multi-room and multi-zone functions. Simply adapt your PRIMARE I35 Prisma to your environment by adapting the OLED display to your actual sources, renaming it, compensating for volume differences between the source devices and much more.

Construction & Processing
The I35 Prisma is uncompromisingly crafted - a massive metal front, which is pulled forward, accommodates the OLED display, which is completely shielded from the sensitive electronics, and the aluminium control buttons. The I-35 Prisma does without any mechanics, all switches and controls execute electronic commands. A highly effective internal design with extremely short signal paths, high-quality components and solidly screwed connections ensures the proverbial high long-term stability of PRIMARE products.
