Primare I25 - The all-rounder among stereo amplifiers

The I25 Prisma integrated amplifier features Primare's new high-fidelity control and connectivity solution for all rooms in the house. The name says it all: a prism generates the complete colour spectrum from a single light spot - Prisma technology offers a complete spectrum of system management functions from a single control point. Prisma enables playback of all stored and streamed media over a network. The technology includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® connectivity and multi-room/multizone control. All functions are managed via the Prisma App. Access to the Prisma system management is thus possible from any mobile device.

With interfaces such as Chromecast built-in, Bluetooth®, AirPlay and Spotify Connect, the Primare I25 Prisma is an absolute all-rounder. Chromecast guarantees music streaming at the highest level, as the stream is routed directly to the Primary I25 Prisma and does not take the detour via your tablet or smartphone.

Technology
The I25 Prisma offers 100 watts at 8 ohms of absolutely linear UFPD2 amplification over the entire audible bandwidth, delivering a naturally fast, clean and vital sound with the unprecedented ability to bring any music to life. In addition to the 5 analog inputs, the I25 Prisma offers a full DAC DM35 stage with PCM 384 kHz/24 bit and DSD 256 conversion, as well as Prisma connectivity and control technology.

Philosophy
The philosophy of PRIMARE consists of 3 pillars: timeless perfection in sound, design and workmanship. Primare started 2010 with its completely self-developed innovative UFPD amplifier technology and was awarded with the European EISA-Award. The new amplifiers received a further development called UFPD2, the CD players were also upgraded with improved audio technology. The UFPD2 technology puts the sonic experience first, and also features an extremely high degree of efficiency (over 90%, 30-40% is common), which enables very high performance in comparatively compact enclosures. This means that the amplifier hardly heats up, even after prolonged operation - this guarantees a very compact design and high long-term stability.

The I25 Prisma is uncompromisingly crafted - a massive metal front, which is pulled forward, accommodates the OLED display, which is completely shielded from the sensitive electronics, and the aluminium control knobs. The I25 Prisma does without any mechanics, all switches and controls execute electronic commands. A highly effective internal design with extremely short signal paths, high-quality components and solidly screwed connections ensures the proverbial high long-term stability of PRIMARE products.
