The contacts of the IEC socket:
All contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are manufactured in one piece.This ensures the best possible conductivity as there are no contact resistances in the contact pin. The raw material for the contact pins consists of a pin with a diameter of 14 mm and a weight of 70 grams. Machining is done with a sophisticated CNC lathe to achieve the highest possible precision. First the terminal is machined at one end, then the contact is turned from the same piece.

All OYAIDE contacts are absolutely nickel-free.Instead of nickel plating, which reduces conductivity, all contacts are polished by hand at least twice to prepare them for application of the contact surface.
