The choice of the connector is one of the most important factors determining the quality of the transmission capacity of a connecting cable. To create the ultimate analog / digital hybrid interconnect cable, we began selecting the best XLR connectors after we released FTVS-910, the two-axis pure silver connectors. As a result of repeated listening tests, our first XLR connector, FOCUS 1, has made amazing progress in lossless and natural signal transmission. AR-910, made of high-quality materials, takes your listening pleasure to radically new heights.

The most distinctive feature of AR-910 is a 5N silver conductor produced through advanced manufacturing processes, including continuous casting in a high-frequency electric furnace, 19 stages of cold rolling, drawing and final annealing. The insulator is also essential for improving the transmission capabilities of the cable. To reduce signal loss, PFA has been used, which provides excellent electrical insulation and a low electrical dielectric constant. We have also selected PE (Polyethylene) which keeps permittivity to a minimum and increases the flexibility of the cable. This layering of these different materials not only increases the electrical capabilities of the conductor, but also dampens the internal vibration by changing the resonance point. The ultra quiet background of AR-910 is provided by a three-layer shielding structure. The first semiconductor layer attenuates static noise and electric microwaves. The second copper foil shield protects against high frequency noise. The third, silver-plated mesh shielding protects against low frequencies. Furthermore, FOCUS 1, the original XLR connector, is connected to the terminals of AR-910. With its one-touch push-pull function, cable clamp and ball bearing locking system, it realizes smooth insertion and solid durability. The materials are carefully checked for quality. The brass body is coated with hard chrome. The contact pins are made of phosphor bronze and are gold plated with silver and rhodium. Each component is processed by CNC machining with remarkable accuracy.
