The elastomer inner sheath, which protects the highly pure and thermally treated 99.99% pure silver conductor, functions similarly to an airbag. Forces that are still acting on the polyurethane jacket are efficiently eliminated in the elastomer. The signal conductors, which are then followed in the core of the cable-safe and insulated with PTFE, are held in their special shape by means of Teflon banding. The transported analog audio signals thus remain an original, even after long distances and extreme influences.
The silk-fabricated soft polyurethane sheathing is manufactured in a manufacturing process with tiny air pockets. Excitations caused by sound are thus absorbed radially and axially by the hard base material; cable parameters are fixed and microphony is eliminated as far as possible. This is followed by a decoupling fabric to separate the PUR sheath from the braided shielding - and to increase the flexibility of the overall construction. A hard shell with high flexibility interrupts the longitudinal material excitation and benefits the entire sound image.
Conductor material, cables and auxiliary materials are manufactured in Germany and are proprietary products of Horn Audiophiles. The outstanding product quality is ensured by production and selection by hand.
The delivery is made in a high quality, silver stamped and anti-magnetic packaging with inserts and detailed operating instructions.
